第６回九州放射線医療技術学術大会 一般演題募集要項
申込資格
発表者および共同研究発表者は、九州地域放射線技師会会員（平成２３年度会費納入者）または日本放射線技術学会九州部会会員および学生に限ります。発表者が非会員の場合には非会員参加登録費５，０００円を納めて、参加・発表を認めます。共同研究者として名前の掲載は無料です。
九州地域以外からの研究発表（技師会会員・技術学会会員・学生）は、会員と同等の参加登録費（学生・会員参加登録費）を納めて、参加・発表を認めます。
演題募集要項
（１）演題登録は大会ホームページからオンラインにて行って下さい。(準備中）
（２）発表予稿は、図表を使用せず文字のみとし、複数行の式、特殊なフォントは使用し
ないで下さい。
（３）演題名、発表者・共同研究発表者の所属・施設名・氏名・技術学会または技師会の
会員番号、氏名、平成２３年度会費納入状況、連絡先等を記載する。
（４）発表内容は【目的】、【方法】、【結果】、【結論】等の順に記載し、４０字×１０行（４００字）以内とします。（全角文字を１文字として換算）
発表形式
（１）口述発表のみとなります。（発表７分、討論３分、時間厳守）
（２）発表データのメディアでの持ち込みは、USBメモリーのみとします。
今回は、ノートパソコン持ち込みでの発表は出来ませんのでご注意下さい。
（３）発表データはWindows上でPowerpoint2003、2007及び2010で作成して下さい。作成した
Powerpointファイル（動画ファイルがある場合は一緒のフォルダに入れて下さい）は、
USBメモリーに今回発表のファイルのみ保存して下さい。当日は、当該セッション６０分
前までに、ＰＣプレビューセンター受付にＵＳＢメモリーを持参して、動作確認を行って下
さい。（その際、作成したPowerpointの名称（西暦）をお聞きします。）
チェック後、Powerpointファイルを各発表会場のＰＣにプレビューセンターより登録し
ます。尚、登録された発表用のPowerpointファイルは、発表終了後、実行委員会が責任
を持って削除します。
（４）混雑を避けるため、原則として当日発表の演題だけを受け付けますが、翌朝１番のセッシ
ョンについては、前日午後より受け付けます。但し、受付後のPowerpointファイルの変
更は出来ません。
（５）当該セッションの１５分前までに、次演者席にお着き下さい。
（６）USBメモリーは、安全のために予備の準備をお願いします。又、必ず事前に最新のアン
チウイルスでウイルスチェックを行って下さい。
（７）スクリーンは、全会場とも横一面映写のみとなります。（二面映写、縦映写不可）

（１）メールアドレスの入力ミスにくれぐれもご注意下さい。連絡が取れなくなりますので、必
ずご確認下さい。
（２）新規演題登録後、受領通知を返信します。一週間経っても受領返信が届かない場合は、
下記問合わせ先（第６回九州放射線医療技術学術大会 学術担当 藤﨑拓郎）までご連絡下さい。
（３）同一の施設より発表などが複数ある場合、施設名の統一をして下さい。
（４）申込期限を過ぎて演題申込があった場合は受理致しません。御了承願います。
（５）発表日・時間については実行委員会に一任させて戴きます。
（６）募集要項の最新情報はホームページに記載します。随時確認をお願い致します。
（７）抄録の修正は８月１日 昼１２：００までにお願いします。
申込演題の採否
採否については実行委員会に一任させて戴きます。
平成２３年８月中旬までに演題申込者に採否を連絡します。Ｅ-ｍａｉｌで申込者宛に通知
しますが、８月下旬を過ぎても通知がない場合は下記のアドレスにお問い合わせ下さい。
